Think about how you can write your prompt as a system prompt so you just have to copy and paste a few bullet points in and hey presto let ChatGPT do the work.
Create your first Bespoke GPT with the System Prompt(s) you have just written.
For many people that is it, your Bespoke GPTs will be enough.
Integrate your Bespoke GPTs using Make.com, PHP or Pipedream into your workflow, so that these tasks are done automatically when required.
Turn your time saving Bespoke GPTs into ChatBots on your website and so much more.
This sounds more technical than it actually is. For example let's say you set up a Bespoke GPT to respond to complaints for you. You've refined over the last few weeks and it responds perfectly 99/100. You're happy with it and it is a good tool to have. Instead of agonising how to write a reply that won't make things worse, ChatGPT does it now, quickly and much better than you ever could.
However you won't always have ChatGPT to hand. You can build an "email responder". You simply turn your Bespoke GPT into a ChatGPT Assistent (very easy) and set up an email address called compaints@yourdomain.com. Then you use Make.com to poll this email address each time a message is received. Then set Make.com up to send the email message content to your ChatGPT Assistent, then email the reply back to you.
Now when you get a complaint, you just forward it to this email address, and you have a polite accurate response sent back to you almost immediately. Once yo're happy it is working okay, you can add this email address to your Terms of Business, website etc. You can even add it to a chatbot on your website.
There is so much more you can do it is only limited by your imagination.
You do not need to do anythig more complicated than that.
