Let us spend a day with you informally discussing all the features of how AI will transfer the work place, how to prepare for the changes and what you can do to take advantage of it now.
We break the day down as follows:
- Informal discussion about how all of these new AI technologies work, their potential and ethical issues (1 hour).
- General discsussion on how work automated through bespoke GPTs will do a lot of administration in all areas of business (1 hour).
- Detailed discussion about your business, where you can achieve quick wins and how to do it in a structured way (1 hour).
- Create your first bespoke GPT to reduce your administration in one area and test it (1 hour).
- Automate your GPT to show you how easy this is to do.
- Leave you with a suite of tools to create as many more automated GPTs as you want to, improve your prompts and how to test and refine them.
To get the most out of this day we will need you to have the following to hand:
- Any written procedures you follow in your business
- Any specific tasks you find time consuming or repetitive that you have not been able to automate so far. For ideas have a look here.
