Sales Information

This GPT focusses on answring questions about football tactics and formations. You can ask it pretty much anything and it will answer. The information comes from a series of word documents and PDFs, which I have attached to it. I think it gives a good idea of what this technology can do, and it is a bit more fun!

If you add similar instructions and all your sales literature, you can have ChatBot on your website answering the most complicated of questions about your products and services, not just simple FAQs.

In the video opposite you can see, how I have built a tool to provide respond to customer complaints. In any business the same complaint occur frequently, which you resolve in a stand way every time. Create a GPT to respond to them and eithe close the complaint or offer redemial action to address it.
